You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that all information you provide is accurate and current.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account or allow others to access it. Modly Studio is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.

Modly Studio is a marketplace that connects clients with models, studio spaces, and content creators (influencers). We facilitate discovery and team-managed reservation requests · we are not a party to any agreement between users and do not employ models, studio owners, or influencers.

• A reservation request is an inquiry and does not automatically hold or confirm a date. Requests are reviewed by our team and require provider approval before a hold or confirmation.
• The current reservation flow does not collect online payments or provide automated escrow. Pricing and payment arrangements are discussed before confirmation.
• Cancellation and refund terms are set per booking and displayed before confirmation.
• Any applicable fees, payment schedule, and service terms are disclosed by our team before confirmation.

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Upload content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights
• Impersonate our team or misrepresent reservation approval, pricing, or payment instructions
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Create multiple accounts to evade bans or restrictions

You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, bio, portfolio). By uploading content, you grant Modly Studio a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display and distribute that content within the platform for the purpose of operating the Service.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or our community guidelines without notice.

We may require identity or account verification before approving profiles. Verification is at our discretion and approval is not guaranteed. Providing false verification documents will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to authorities.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of user profiles, the quality of services provided by users, or uninterrupted access to the platform. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Modly Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected].

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
