Modly Studio requests access to your device's camera and photo library solely to allow you to upload profile photos, portfolio images, and verification materials. We do not access your camera or photos without your explicit action. Photos you upload are stored securely on our servers and used only to display on your profile or to support verification processes.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with:

• Other users · profile information you make public (name, photos, bio, location, rates) is visible to other users of the platform
• Service providers · third-party vendors who assist us in operating the platform (cloud hosting, image storage, email delivery through Resend, email quality checks through Bouncer, and AI assistance through Anthropic)
• Law enforcement · when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users
• Business transfers · in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Some data may be retained for a period after deletion where required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g. resolving disputes, fraud prevention).

We implement industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. Payment data is handled by PCI-compliant processors and is never stored on our servers.

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately and we will take steps to delete such information.
